How to enter the same text into multiple Excel cells at once

This is so easy but some excel user don't know about this trick. Here i am sharing rhis tricks via this post.

1. Highlight Or select all the cells that you want to have the same text.

2. Type the text you want to enter in highlighted or selected cells.

3. After typing the text press Ctrl+Enter. Don't press only enter button

After completing above steps the same text will be automatically entered into highlighted cells

 

This trick was very helpfull for the enter some text in multiple rows that have same prefix or same postfix .
After entering the same text you can edit as per requirement
